Minutes of Float Fishermen of Virginia Foundation Meeting
New directors in attendance, elected at FFV directors meeting earlier today, are:

First order of business was to elect officers. Unanimous results were:

Bill Tanger – President
Susan Richardson – Treasurer
Bob Born – Secretary

The possibility was put before the board that there is a piece of property in West Virginia that may be acquired. This land would have access to the New River. It would be more advantageous for the Foundation to acquire the land via donations from members. The board after discussion decided to bring the motion before Float Fishermen of Virginia that the title for such property be held by the Foundation. Meeting adjourned at this point.
